Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs (domestic orders only) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us via email at teamboosted@boostedshades.com or through Facebook messenger on our Boosted Shades Facebook page. Please provide the reason for return/exchange and your order number.

Shipping * We recommend the priority option as it is the fastest and most secure way to ship.

-For the "FIRST CLASS" option, Customers in the United States can expect an order fulfillment time of 1-3 days, shipping may take an additional 2-5 business days.

-For the "PRIORITY" option, Customers in the United States can expect an order fullfillment time of 1-3 days, shipping may take an additional 1-3 business days.

-We do offer shipping outside of the United States. INTERNATIONAL delivery time can vary significantly and may take between 2-4 weeks to complete. In addition, international orders are sent to a third party before arriving at USPS, please allow an additional 2-3 days upon receiving your "Shipped" notification to see tracking updates. Upon leaving the U.S. international orders may be turned over to your countries postal service for completion. 

-When you receive the status change “shipped” email it will include your USPS tracking number. If you did not receive your item when this tracking states "complete" we suggest first contacting your local post office to see if your item is being held.

International Customers Please Note:

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES THE UNITED STATES, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR COUNTRY'S POSTAL SYSTEM TO COMPLETE DELIVERY. BE AWARE, PROBLEMS WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. INTERNATIONAL DELIEVERIES EXCEEDING TIMES OF 30 DAYS ARE ENTITLED TO ONE RE-SHIP OR A FULL REFUND.

*It may take your tracking number a few days to become active, this is normal. If you have a tracking number, your order has already been processed and shipped. 

*You may receive an automated email from our website asking you to review your purchase. Occasionally this email is sent before your product arrives, this is normal and does not necessarily mean there was an error in your shipment. Please contact us with concerns.

*Tracking outside of the US only occurs in select countries and may not update at all.

*Some international orders may have an import duty depending on your country/location. It is a buyer’s responsibility to be aware of such taxes and tariffs; you may need to visit your local post office to receive your order and pay the possible duties. (You should receive notice from your post office if your order is being held. In the circumstances that you did not receive this notice, we suggest you contact your local post office.) If your order exceeds hold time it will be sent back to our facility, at this time we will contact you.

We apologize if our international shipping process causes any inconvenience. We try our hardest to provide world-wide shipping at an affordable rate.
